He Did It For Us

The Ultimate Sacrifice

Imagine this.

Being on the cross. Unfathomable pain and suffering.

And He chose to continue teaching. Yet we choose to judge.

He chose to show love. We choose ego.

He chose prayer for those condemning Him. He forgave them. We choose to hold on to grudges.

He chose to bring a sinner along with Him. We choose to ignore those we deem as sinners.

He did all of that for us. Because we are human, and incapable of freeing ourselves from sin.

He defeated death so that we may live.

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I will never forget what He did.

I pray peace and love over all of you this weekend. May you find comfort in His presence.
