Hello, and welcome to Chapter 3 of the Q For Dummies Redux! Buckle up, frens - this is gonna be a GOOD one.
In this chapter we will be covering Drops 15-22, which includes the ever-so-famous Drop #22, which of course references the usage of the National Guard to quell unrest within the country.
Let’s go ahead and dive in!
Drop 15 - Oct 31st, 2017
Q begins drop 15 by again reminding us that there are more good people than bad. This is important to remember. Not only is it reassuring, but it also provides hope. Why? Because when you realize that not every single person within every single agency is evil, it becomes a lot easier to understand how fixing this mess is absolutely attainable. All it takes is a couple bad apples to send an organization sideways, remove those bad apples, and the cleanup process can begin. Which is exactly what we have been going through.
Q then tells us that there is no way the US Military was going to allow another Satanic POS to run this country - so bearing that in mind, I’d suggest revisiting what really happened on election day in 2020, and what Biden REALLY was (if you believe that was really Joe Biden, then I’d suggest utilizing a LOT of logic, because, IMO that was absolutely not the same dude we saw for the previous 40 years).
We are then told that all the power players are controlled by 4 families - one of which had been removed … but we will get to that later down the road.
We then see Q mention two dates (potentially), 11.4, and 11.6. We are told that Huma and John Podesta were indicted. Except there was no public news as such. However, a few months down the road in drop #1518, an Anon postulates that those were the dates that John Huber made SEALED indictments against Human & Podesta, which Q then confirms.
Remember frens: A sealed indictment will remain sealed up until the second it is unsealed - and we wouldn’t know a thing about it until then.
Q then tells us that Manafort was placed in Trump’s camp with the assumption being that he was a spy. Oh, he was a spy, alright. The Culper Ring kind, and if you still believe Manafort wasn’t working on behalf of us, then ask yourself why President Trump pardoned him.
I personally believe Manafort took all evidence he was gathering and handed it over to Military Intelligence.
Drop 16 - Oct 31st, 2017
In drop 16, Q tells us to get the popcorn ready - which has been a recurring theme in the movement lately. We are also told that the government must be cleaned up before anything of significance can happen.
Q then brings up AG Sessions and the fact that he must remain impartial, and this is exactly why he recused himself from the Russia investigation.
We are then told (again) that President Trump is in full control, and that there was no risk of impeachment:
Turns out Q nailed that one. Neither the first, nor last time that would happen, btw.
Drop 17 - Oct 31st, 2017
This drop begins with Q asking us why Obama traveled to locations in advance of President Trump - this also applies to Obama visiting locations after President Trump had visited them.
Here you can see that Obama traveled to Asia very shortly after President Trump had just visited. Why was he doing this? An attempt to subvert President Trump would be my guess, either that, or at this point - Obama had already been dealt with and was doing what he was told in order to keep appearances up for our enemies so that nothing would seem out of order to the deep state which was in the process of being dismantled.
Again we are told to focus on the power that POTUS has over the Marines, if you recall from previous chapters: POTUS has complete and total control over the Marines. Up to and including activating them sans Congressional approval under instances of domestic threats to the nation.
“How can MI be applied to prosecute bad actors and avoid corrupt judges and agencies” - The answer here is very simple: Military Tribunals. Military Intelligence can conduct their own private investigations and carry them through all the way to tribunals, which the public may not ever even hear about.
Next, Q discusses the shills on the board. For those new to Q, or those who are unaware of what a shill is, it is a person who is a paid actor whose mission is to purposely slide and obfuscate the truth despite any facts which may contradict their stance.
Q then shares one of the mechanisms shills use to share messaging, and that would be ASF, or Apache Software Foundation. It is an open source website where information can be dropped by one person from one device and be picked up by someone on another device with a nearly impossible trail to follow - unless you’re white hats and you control the NSA. Remember: “we have it all”.
Drop 18 - Nov 1, 2017
Drop 18 begins with Q asking us (again) why Robert Mueller met with President Trump.
In the video, it is inferred that Mueller met with President Trump over the opening at the time for FBI Director. Mueller said it was to give President Trump advice on who to appoint as FBI Director, meanwhile the MSM says it was for Mueller to throw his name into the hat as a potential replacement for Comey.
There are a couple of issues with that, though:
First off, Robert Mueller’s supposed job was to prove Trump colluded with Russia, and if proven, that would have led to President Trump’s removal from office. So why, exactly, would President Trump meet with this dude to get his advice on who the next FBI Director should be? It literally makes ZERO sense.
Second, this:
Robert Mueller had already served the full term limit as FBI Director allowed under the law. Legally, he couldn’t serve as Director again. Soooooo - why did President Trump really meet with him?

Why on earth would Pelosi be screaming for an “independent special counsel”, bearing in mind that she was fully supportive of Mueller to start. What changed? Did she realize Mueller wasn’t playing for [their] team?
Next, Q asks us about Pelosi’s net worth, which is absolutely absurd - but I digress, I will let Joe Rogan say it for me:
Simply put: It is absurd that Pelosi is worth upwards of $370mm given her career as a politician. She is either the most gifted stock trader in history, or she is more crooked than a question mark above a letter S, and I’m pretty sure we can guess which of the two options is factual.
Interesting sidenote: Rogan could have easily dug and discovered her net worth far exceeds the $150mm he suggested. My point? She was worth $150mm in 2017, so why did Rogan throw out a number from 2017 instead of a current number? Perhaps a nod that white hats are using him? Who knows.
To end the drop, Q touches upon No Name and effectively tells us his surgery was fugazi. The reason being? To try and escape prosecution for his crime of being a traitor.
We are then asked about the Mayo Clinic, which is one of the biggest … and richest hospitals in the world. Q points us towards their Board Of Directors, which at the time included various deep state snakes tied to the Bush, Cheney, Obama and Clinton families. Curious coincidence, no?
Drop 19 - Nov 1st, 2017
In Drop 19 we see Q swing back towards the racial proclivities of the left.
Essentially Q is telling us that democrats purposely keep the black population down so that said population would always be dependant on them, and thus - would always vote for them.
They project racism unto the right, and anons, because they are actually racists. Black elected officials speak on behalf of the left’s interest because they are bought and paid for.
Democrats are able to cover up their racist history by controlling the media, and controlling the history books. If democrats lose their grip on the black population, their voter base will vanish - the beginning of this exodus was seen during the 2024 election.
Operation Mockingbird is then brought up again, with Q essentially telling us that democrats utilize CIA funding to influence and sway the opinions of celebrities, media assets etc. So, with that being said: Think back to last year and the onslaught of celebrity simps coming out against President Trump.
The historical advantage of democrats basically controlling the media is that the media is then used to sway public opinion through ways of lies and deceit. I don’t think I need to explain how effective a tool this has been for [them].
We are then asked who exposed the pedophile network within Hollywood, after which we are immediately told we can’t answer the above, but we would “laugh” once details were disclosed. That comment leads me to believe it is someone we would never expect, and a comedian. I have my guesses, but will sit on those for now.
Q then tells us that this network is being dismantled, and that next on the list were the fake black leaders. The ones who undermine and sell their own culture out through way of lies in order to get rich.
We are then told to “follow the money”, followed by Q shining a laser pointer on Maxine Waters and her absurd net worth. The well is clearly tainted with dirty water, and Q was telling us it is being cleaned out.
Drop #20 - Nov 1st, 2017
Drop 20 leads off with us being asked who POTUS met with the day prior. The answer? Speaker Paul Ryan. Now, we know Ryan was dirty - so why was Trump meeting with him? Q also asks if AG Sessions was present, the fact that he is asking tells me that he was present, despite there being no evidence to prove it. So why would Sessions be at a meeting between Ryan and POTUS … maybe it was to tell Ryan he had been caught, and he was now going to play the game our way.
We are then asked how many Military Intelligence Generals were on the White House list to attend a separate meeting. I was unable to find any sauce as to who was there - but I find it very interesting that POTUS was meeting with Ryan and Sessions at the same time a Military Intel meeting was taking place in the same building.
Q then asks us if those meetings were combined - and again, Q’s asking this question makes me believe that they were. Q also makes an inference that this meeting took place in a SCIF, hence no phones being allowed.
Q then asks us about the White House renovation in the summer of 2017. This renovation focused on the Oval Office, The Roosevelt Room, The West Wing, and the South Portico.
It is made clear later in the drops that this was not just a renovation. It was a renovation done with the purpose of removing bugs left behind by Obama. Yep, the White House was bugged. The spying did not stop after Russiagate.
We are specifically asked who carried out the renovation. The answer? GSA, or General Services Administration is a government entity that handles renovations or contract work for federal facilities. My best guess as to why they were chosen is because the renovation itself required secrecy and national security. Therefore hiring GSA would ensure there would be no leaks pertaining to what was really going on.
And guess what? The renovation cost an estimated $1.7mm.
Oh, and the renovation took 17 days. Kek.
Take from that what you will, but to me - it seems as if Q is indeed telling us that the entire renovation was an op.
Drop 21 - Nov 1st, 2017
Drop 21 is pretty straightforward. In it, we are told that the info Q had dropped over the weekend was threatening enough to the deep state to incite the shills into a frenzy. Q caps the drop off by telling us that the operation is far enough along that there is no risk of jeopardizing it. This is important to remember as well.
Drop 22 - Nov 1st, 2017
To start Drop 22, we are asked who controls the National Guard.
This is a two pronged answer: Firstly, the Governors of a given state control the National Guard in their state. HOWEVER: The President can also take full control over the National Guard. We saw this a few months ago when President Trump sent the National Guard into Los Angeles to quell riots over ICE deportations.
Q asks us why the NG was activated across multiple cities within the US. This was odd, because at the time the NG was NOT activated within the US. My first take is that this is a “future proves past” as far as the US is concerned. However, if you replace “US” with “Saudi Arabia” - that line becomes really .. REALLY crazy. Why? You’ll begin finding out within the next couple of chapters.
Q then asks us if the NG can work in coordination with the Marines. The answer is a resounding yes. We are then asked if certain conditions must be met, and that answer is also a “yes”. POTUS must federalize the NG before they are able to coordinate with Marines - this happened in LA as well.
Q asks us “what former President used the military to save the Republic, and what occured exactly?”. The answer, as we went over in Chapter 1, is Abraham Lincoln. He suspended the Writ Of Habeas Corpus during the Civil War in order to utilize the military against the Confederate Army and states.
What happened exactly? Well, the Supreme Court ruled that this action was unconstitutional. Lincoln ignored them, and deployed the military anyways. The country was in a war time setting, and as we have discussed before - Article II grants the President nearly unlimited power during times of war. Especially as it pertains to usage of the military, and the necessary steps which must be taken to safeguard the country against national security threats or civil unrest.
Speaking of civil unrest - Q tells us there will be none. There will be no civil war. It will all be handled “swift and clean”.
And that brings us right around to today’s news. Which is that President Trump has federalized the National Guard in Washington DC in an effort to quell crime and clean the city up.

Certainly sounds to me like President Trump was hitting on “clean and swift”.
This is narrative deployment, frens. First, he did it in LA, and now he is doing it in DC - IMO, this is mentally preparing people for this scenario to kick off across multiple cities in the country. Look at NYC, Philadelphia, LA, Seattle, Chicago - and the list goes on. Can you honestly tell me that these cities will be cleaned up and order restored without needing to involve the military?
Things are certainly heating up, and every single day it blows my mind how accurately and succinctly the drops are being hit.

If you want to believe in full and total control, that is fine. You want to believe in zero control, then that is fine too. The whole point is to research, learn, and draw your own conclusions. NONE OF US are on Q-Team, and none of us have the right to tell anyone exactly what is going on or what to believe because none of us actually know what is going on.
Gatekeeping and holier than thou attitudes have zero place in this movement. And that’s all I got to say about that.
