Last time out on Q For Noobs, we dove into QAGG with a crash course on how to use the site and find the drops. We hope you enjoyed it! This week, we get back to the drops, and we will be highlighting drops 15-21!
Without further delay, let’s dive in!
Drop 15 - 10/31/2017
To start this drop off, we see Q remind us that “there are more good people than bad”. And look, I know that can be hard to accept, but all you need to do to realize this as a truth is simply go out into the world. Meet people. Talk to them. Break bread with them. You will soon realize that the petty differences that control the online space, for the most part, take a backseat in real life. Remember this: Just because someone believes differently than you does not automatically make them a bad person.
IMO - Q highlighted this so we would realize that not everyone is our enemy, and that by and large, we all want the same things. Our freedom, and a bright future for our children.

Next, Q mentions the “Wizards & Warlocks” - Who is this? What is Q referring to? I won’t dive too deeply on this right now, but for a quick overview, take a look at this clip from “Snowden”:
The “Wizards & Warlocks”, IMO, refers to the NSA. And remember, Q has already put Admiral Rogers into the spotlight, and he was the 17th Director of the NSA.
There are a ton of other juicy tidbits from that movie, but we will get to those in due time.
The point is: I believe Q is telling us that the NSA are the good guys, and that they are part of the reason “we have it all”.
I’m not positing that the NSA was always good. I’m saying that once Rogers showed up, things changed, and people (Snowden) were brought to our side. This is, at least, probably part of the reason Q then brings up deals - because we gave Snowden a deal to divulge all he had. But again, we will get to that later in the drops.
Q also refers to a “4th Family” in this drop which was removed post Trump winning in 2016. This will come up big time within the next 100 drops.
We also see Q make mention of John Podesta and Huma Abedin. He also gives us a couple clues - 11.3, and 11.6. We actually get the answer to those clues in the very near future in the drops.

Drop 16 - 10/31/2017
This drop has a lot of “future proves past” attached to it. Some which has since been proven. First off, we see Q mention again the fact that POTUS must clean house of bad actors and nefarious characters. One only needs to go and look at the list of politicians that stepped down, or chose not to seek re-election in 2017 to see the house cleaning in motion.

Remember when AG Sessions recused himself from the Russia Investigation?
In this drop, Q makes it a bit more clear why Sessions did so - Because he must appear impartial. Otherwise, President Trump looks like a dictator, and suffice to say that is not an optic that this military plan needs, nor wants.
We are then reminded that POTUS is in complete control.
One of the biggest takeaways from this drop is the fact that it is a future proves past Q-Proof. We are told here, on October 31st 2017, that President Trump will NOT be impeached.
Well, let’s take a short trip down memory lane to see how the prospect of impeaching President Trump went for [them]:
As you can see, Q was right. President Trump was under no real risk of impeachment either time .
Lastly, we see Q start the drop by telling us to “get the popcorn”. We have certainly seen countless popcorn mentions by various players in the Trump Administration - Scavino, Nunes, Grassley just to name a few. IMO - It has always been a signal to enjoy the public destruction of the old guard.
It also ties directly into a Q-Proof, and while I won’t make a habit of doing this, let’s hop into the future and take a look at how “popcorn” was used in a Q-Proof. To my mind, this will help you better understand how these things come around, and how something said in the past can be proven in the future.

Drop 17 - 10/31/2017
To start this drop, we are asked why Barack Obama was traveling to the same foreign locations as President Trump, usually in advance of President Trump”s arrival (although this happened after POTUS visits as well).
Let’s take a look at their travel schedules and potential overlaps for the fall/winter of 2017.
President Trump spent most of his time in the Washington, D.C. area or on domestic trips (rallies, disaster recovery visits related to hurricanes in Puerto Rico and Texas, events in places such as Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina, Missouri, Mississippi, and Florida). He also addressed the UN General Assembly in New York in mid-September.
His major international travel was a roughly 12-day Asia trip (November 5–14, 2017), with a stop in Hawaii beforehand:
• Japan (Tokyo area): November 5–7 — met Emperor Akihito and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
• South Korea (Seoul area): November 7–8 — state visit, addressed the National Assembly, visited U.S. troops.
• China (Beijing): November 8–10 — state visit; met President Xi Jinping.
• Vietnam (Da Nang and Hanoi): November 10–12 — APEC summit and state visit.
• Philippines (Manila area): November 12–14 — ASEAN summit; bilateral meetings including with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He spent Thanksgiving at Mar-a-Lago (arriving around November 21) and returned there for the Christmas holiday period in late December.
What about Barack Obama?
Obama remained primarily based in the Washington, D.C. area (the family stayed so their younger daughter could finish high school). Notable activity included:
• Chicago: October 31–November 1 — inaugural Obama Foundation Summit (with Michelle Obama), focused on civic leaders and young innovators.
His main international travel was a short multi-country trip in late November–early December 2017:
• China: Arrived Shanghai on November 28 (business/trade conference); Beijing on November 29 (education event and meeting with President Xi Jinping).
• India (New Delhi area): Around November 30–December 1 — met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gave a speech, and held an Obama Foundation town hall with young leaders.
• France (Paris): December 2 — speech at the Les Napoleons communications/networking event (reports also noted possible private contact with President Emmanuel Macron).
Now let’s take a look at any “coincidences” in travel during this period of time:
The clearest “coincidence” involves China (specifically the Beijing area and meetings with Xi Jinping):
• Trump conducted a high-profile state visit to Beijing on November 8–10 and met Xi.
• Obama arrived in Shanghai on November 28 and met Xi in Beijing on November 29 — roughly 18–20 days later. Contemporary coverage explicitly noted Obama “re-emerging on the global stage” with a trip that followed parts of Trump’s recent Asia itinerary and included meetings with some of the same leaders (Xi and, separately, Modi). Obama’s stop was a mix of paid speaking, foundation activities, and private leader meetings rather than an official state visit.
A secondary, looser overlap involves India/Modi:
• Trump met Modi on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in the Philippines around November 13.
• Obama met Modi in New Delhi about two weeks later.
So why was Obama doing this? It was an attempt to undermine the foreign relationships and policies President Trump was working on. It was Barack Obama attempting to run a shadow presidency.
Q tells us to focus on the power that POTUS holds over the Marines. So what exactly does that look like?
The President of the United States holds ultimate authority over the Marine Corps as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Period. End of discussion.
Remember our prior discussion about Article II, Section 2? Well lookie here!
Under Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, the President is the “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States.” This authority extends to all branches of the military, including the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
The Marine Corps is a distinct service within the Department of the Navy. It operates under the civilian leadership of the Secretary of the Navy and the Secretary of Defense, but both report to the President.
Q alkso speaks a lot on the chain of command, so let’s take a look at the chain of command as it relates to the USMC.
The chain of command runs:
• President → Secretary of Defense → Secretary of the Navy → Commandant of the Marine Corps (and operational commanders).
Q then goes on to tell us that this is the biggest drop on pol, and the information being provided is why the shills and bad actors were working so hard to “slide” the threads.
(To “slide” a thread means to go into it and shill against the content, or post things that have nothing to do with the topic to steer the conversation elsewhere. The boards saw a lot of this.)
Q then mentions some tricks and tools that shills use to track the drops, and the boards - but we will expand upon that in later chapters. Q then mentions “CIA slush funds” - in what has become another instance of future proves past, DOGE uncovered astronomical levels of fraud from USAID and other government agencies, some of which were more than likely involved with the CIA.

Drop 18 - 11/1/2017
Remember when President Trump met with Robert Mueller in the Oval Office? There were conflicting reports as to what that meeting was about. Take a look at this clip for a little more about why Mueller met with President Trump:
There is a TON to unpack from that clip. FISA, Durham, Impeachment, and much more which we will get to in later chapters. What I want to focus on right now is the reason given for the meeting between Mueller and President Trump. Multiple sources said the meeting was to discuss the position of FBI Director. Meanwhile Mueller says this was not true - that he was asked to the Oval Office to discuss what parameters may be needed for the new Director of the FBI.

And in this, we get a massive clue about the true purpose of Robert Mueller.
Remember my saying he was a highly decorated Marine? What did we just discuss about Marines earlier in this chapter?
Has Q made it a point to highlight how valuable Marines are to this point? (That’s a trick question as the answer is a resounding yes.)
So, let’s break this down. First off, there is a zero percent chance that Mueller was meeting with President Trump to discuss the position of FBI Director. Why? Because Robert Mueller had already served the maximum term for an FBI Director. He was not, by any stretch of the imagination, eligible for the position. Are we to believe that neither he nor President Trump knew this? No. At least, I don’t believe it for a second.
The second nugget to take away here is this: If Mueller was an enemy to President Trump, and if Mueller was truly trying to take him down, then why would President Trump be relying on Mueller’s input for who the new Director of the FBI should be?
My take? Mueller was a classic Culper Ring deployment. He was a spy, and in the end he was doing what we told him to. Remember: All he accomplished was to prove that President Trump did not collude with Russia.
To add more signal to the noise, Q then asks us why Nancy Pelosi was calling for a new special counsel. As a refresher, this is what Q is talking about.
Did Nancy seem at all excited about the appointment of Mueller? I’d have to say no. As a matter of fact, she seemed to be downright against the move.

What about her net worth?
According to OpenSecrets (Center for Responsive Politics), Nancy Pelosi’s estimated net worth in 2017 was approximately $113.5 million.

This figure is derived from her (and her husband Paul Pelosi’s) congressional financial disclosure reports. Those disclosures report assets and liabilities in broad ranges rather than exact amounts, so organizations like OpenSecrets calculate an estimated midpoint value.
Key points from the 2017 data:
• She ranked among the wealthiest members of the House that year.
• Major assets included real estate (commercial properties in San Francisco and a home/vineyard in Napa Valley) and other investments.
What is the yearly salary for a member of congress? $174,000 a year. $225,000 for Speaker Of The House.
Now look, I’m no rocket surgeon, but she has been in office for 39 years, and that math don’t math. So what is Q pointing us towards? Insider trading. That will come back around in future chapters.
Q then tells us that the rumors of her memory going were being planted as a backdoor for her. In other words, if the walls start to close in, she will claim dementia to avoid prosecution.
Q then infers that John McCain’s surgery was fake. That it was a ruse to serve the same purpose (to keep him from facing justice for being a traitor.). His ruse did not work. You’ll see why in due time.

Drop 19 - 11/1/2017
Q opens up a can of worms in this drop, as the veil is pulled back on the Democrat manipulation of the black population.
“Why do D’s want to control the black pop?”
So they can use that population to win elections in urban areas.
“Why do D’s project racism on a daily basis against R’s?”
Because they are the racists doing their best to get the attention off of them and project it onto their enemies. The “Very Fine People” hoax is a fine example of this. As is the current trend of calling anyone opposed to democrat policies a “Nazi”. It continues to this very day.
“Why do elected black officials do the crazy talk on behalf of the D’s?”
Fully controlled assets being put up front to win the confidence of the black population. Think Al Green, Elijah Cummings, Maxine Waters etc. These people spout what the population wants to hear with no real intention of following through on any promise they make to said population.
Q then points us towards the truth about the Democrats, the KKK, and pro-black legislation. And that is: Democrats formed the KKK, Democrats formed the Confederacy, and Democrats were against freeing slaves.
Next we are asked what happens if the Democrats were to lose control of the black population. What would happen is the Democrats would never win another election.
And we saw a major shift in the black population in 2024. And it truly began after President Trump was taken into custody and a mugshot was released. This video will about sum it up. (Be warned, there is quite vulgar language in this video. I decided to leave it in so that the emotion involved would not be lost. But yeah, I wouldn’t watch this with young ears in the vicinity.)
Next, Q points us towards the democrats working alongside the CIA to plant certain assets within Hollywood. Again, for the same purpose - to win over the black population. Another facet of this is control of the black population. Q asks us if this falls under the scope of Operation Mockingbird, and the answer is very clearly YES.
The historical advantages to using well known black entertainers as messengers is that you can frame narratives and shape society. Look to 2020, for example. Think back to all the celebrities that propped up Black Lives Matter, which in turn fomented division and chaos.
Q then asked us who was it that exposed the pedophile networks in Hollywood. Q then says that we will “laugh” when we find out. There are many theories on who this could be. Is Q pointing towards a comedian? Perhaps. Or is Q saying we will laugh because the irony would be too good to ignore? Someone like Michael Jackson comes to mind. Someone whom the media smeared as a pedophile and child predator. What was done to him is known as a “wrap up smear”, or “character assassination”. And suffice to say, these are actions taken when someone represents a major threat to the power structure.
The following is a clip of Michael Jackson throwing Sony and Sony CEO Tommy Mottola under the bus. He calls Mottola a “devil”, and says he must be stopped. What’s interesting is that Mottola was heavily featured in the Epstein Files as dozens of documents show that he and Epstein were in contact for well over a decade.

IMO - Michael Jackson was rescuing kids from the ghouls of the world.
And he did so because Jesus commanded us to.

Now, since Q did say we would “laugh” when we found out, I’d be a bit remiss if I didn’t mention Katt Williams as a possibility.

We will probably never know who Q was referring to here, but it is fun to toss ideas around none-the-less. MJ and Katt are two of my personal front runners that fit the bill.
Q then speaks about the network that controls this false narrative being dismantled. In a bit of a future proves past, check this out:

What is significant about this? USAID funding was a laundering front for these kind of operations. USAID shut down, and then all of a sudden there is no rap on the Billboard charts. Curious, no?
When Q speaks of false black leaders being exposed, I ask you to look no further than the leaders of Black Lives Matter.

And the BLM corruption goes even deeper:
After George Floyd’s death in 2020, the foundation received a massive influx of donations—over $90 million in a short period from individuals, corporations, and others. Tax filings, reporting, and lawsuits later raised questions about how much of that money reached local activism versus other uses.
Notable points include:
• Real estate purchases: The foundation bought a roughly $6 million property in the Los Angeles area (often described as a mansion or compound in the Malibu/Topanga area) in cash in late 2020 using donor funds. It was described by the organization as a “safe house,” creative space, or event venue. Reporting revealed that co-founder and then-executive director Patrisse Cullors used it for personal stays and events, including parties. Cullors later acknowledged overnight stays and hosting personal gatherings there.
• Leadership real estate and spending: Around the same period, Cullors and her spouse purchased multiple high-end properties (reports cited several homes totaling millions of dollars in the Los Angeles area and elsewhere). Critics argued this created an appearance of personal enrichment while the organization faced questions about transparency. Cullors resigned as executive director in 2021 amid the controversy and denied misusing funds.
• Related-party transactions: Financial documents showed payments to companies connected to leadership or family members (for example, significant sums paid to a security firm owned by a sibling of the executive director).
• Grants vs. other spending: While some funds went to local groups and causes, a substantial portion remained with the foundation or went to consultants, administration, security, and real estate. Local chapters frequently complained they received little or nothing despite the national fundraising surge.
And that is the tip of the iceberg as it pertains to BLM.
This, of course, extends to other influential black leaders as well. Think Al Sharpton.
To round this drop off, Q puts a spotlight on the net worth of Maxine Waters, which does not approach that of Nancy Pelosi, but far exceeds what her net worth should be given her position in government.

Drop 20 - 11/1/2017
POTUS met with Paul Ryan privately the day before.

Paul Ryan was a RINO, and many rumors indicate he may have been involved in multiple attempts to remove President Trump from office.
There is no official evidence confirming that AG Sessions was present at that particular meeting, however - it is my take that this is a rhetorical question by Q, and that Sessions was more than likely present. Probably because Ryan was being presented with evidence of his treasonous activities. You’ll notice after this point, Ryan begins to work with the Trump Administration a lot more.
There are no publicly available records I can find that indicate which Generals may have been present at the White House on the same day as this meeting, but to be honest - I think that is kind of a “shiny object”.
what Q is pointing us towards here is the fact that Military Generals involved with Intelligence were meeting at the same day that President Trump was meeting with Paul Ryan alongside AG Sessions.
Q then goes on to infer that the meeting involving the Generals took place in a SCIF.
Q then brings up the White House renovation. This becomes relevant in the future, as you will soon realize the bugging of President Trump went beyond Trump Tower.
Things to dig on: What rooms in the White House were renovated? What firm performed the renovation?

Drop 21 - 11/1/2017
This drop is pretty straight forward.
In it, Q tells us that the information provided over the course of the recent drops has caused a serious uptick in activity from shills and bad actors in an attempt to derail the Q-Operation. Clearly, these attempts did not work. In fact, they only served to bolster the operation and our resolve at the time. Afterall, if Q were a lie, why was it being attack relentlessly after less than a week of public existence?
The next point Q makes is an important one, and that is: We are far enough along in the operation that it won’t be jeopardized. Which is exactly why Q was able to go public in the first place. Understand, the groundwork and background work for this operation has been in the works for decades, and at this point the cabal as we know it does not possess the pieces required to win the war.
