How The Insurrection Act and Article II May Come Into Play Soon

The Insurrection Act is a topic which has been discussed time and time again in this movement.

I’d hazard a guess that back in 2017, not many of us knew very much about it - if anything at all. Sure, many of us probably heard about it in passing, or from past instances of it being declared (The L.A Riots in 1992, as an example), at the same time - I seriously doubt very many of us understood exactly what it is, nor how powerful a tool it can be for a President.

In this article, I am going to do my best to explain the Insurrection Act, as well as the 14th Amendment. I’m also going to take a look at their implications, and the many signs and comms I have seen that may very well be a telling of things still to come. And, of course, I will be tying Q-Drops into all of it.

The first thing I wanna do is dive into the Insurrection Act and hopefully do it justice in explaining what it is, and when/how/why it can be enacted and implemented.

In short, the Insurrection Act is a Federal Law that allows the President to utilize the Military, as well as the National Guard within the United States to suppress a perceived insurrection or rebellion.

Under the Posse Comitatus Act, the U.S Military is extremely reduced in its capacity to police its own citizens. The Insurrection Act provides a statutory exception from the Posse Comitatus Act. Meaning - The U.S Military can be used to police its own populace.

Now, many pundits (and the uneducated) will make the argument that the President requires state approval to declare the Insurrection Act. This is simply not true as seen below:

It is laid out pretty clearly that the President does not need State approval to declare the Insurrection Act, The President can, and has, declared the Insurrection Act on numerous occasions sans a request from the State itself.

Here are a few examples:

Andrew Jackson invoked the Insurrection Act in 1831 to put down a slave rebellion by Nat Turner, and again in 1834 to settle a labor dispute by workers of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.

Ulysses S. Grant invoked it several times. Most notably for the suppression of the KKK in 1871, and again used it to quell unrest after the contested gubernatorial election in Louisiana in 1872.

Rutherford B. Hayes invoked it in 1878 in the famous “Lincoln County War” - which of course involved the infamous Billy The Kid.

Tensions brought forth by the Pullman Strike of 1894 forced Grover Cleveland to invoke the act, and again in 1914 during what became known as the “Great Coalfield War” when President Wilson invoked the Insurrection Act to suppress that uprising.

In 1943, FDR used it to suppress the Detroit Race Riots.

Eisenhower used it in order to protect the “Little Rock 9”, and even JFK used it multiple times - mostly to quell racial tensions and unrest and to force desegregation in Alabama schools in 1963.

Lyndon B. Johnson enacted it on 4 separate occasions. In 1967 he used it to quell racial tensions in Detroit. He again used it 3 separate times in 1968 - In DC, Chicago and Baltimore to suppress riots and outrage after MLK Jr’s assassination.

The most recent instance it was utilized was in 1992 when George H.W Bush declared it to suppress the L.A riots.

George W. Bush contemplated invoking it in New Orleans after Katrina, but ultimately decided not to.

Do you know what all of those have in common? In not one instance, was the state asked for permission. Because the belief that this must be done is a fallacy. Plain and simple, if the Commander In Chief deems that there is an Insurrection or Rebellion taking place, they can then declare the Insurrection Act and send in the military.

Basically, it is NOT as rare of an occurrence in this country as many MSM talking heads would lead you to believe.

Now take a look at this:

“And the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right.”

“Opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.”

Do those sound, at all, familiar? No? Let’s review some current news to put it in context:

These are but a small example of Federal Judges utilizing their position on the bench to usurp the CONSTITUTIONAL Executive Orders and mandate being handed down by the Trump Administration. I shouldn’t have to say it, but this is highly illegal and unconstitutional. Judges do not get to legislate from the bench. What we are seeing here are entrenched infiltrators activating in a last ditch attempt to throw President Trump’s America First vision out the window.

Are these instances enough to invoke the Insurrection Act? Probably not - but it also bears mentioning that I doubt Trump hasn’t taken note. Nor do I think he has failed to take notice of the growing number of Judges, Mayors and Governors who are openly disputing or outright ignoring his EO’s or mandates.

In this photo we see the lovely Alina Habba, but she isn’t the point of this photo (Sorry Alina!) - My focus here is on the portraits adorning the walls of the Oval Office. One of Abraham Lincoln, and the other of Andrew Jackson.

Now of course we know the mettle of both of these men. Lincoln freed the slaves, and Andrew Jackson fought back against the bankers. But what else did these two men have in common? They both invoked the Insurrection Act.

President Trump has mentioned both of these gentlemen more times than I can recall. Here is just one such clip of him speaking about Andrew Jackson:

That clip is pretty full of signal to me, as he discussed the attacks Jackson took while dismantling his very own deep state.

As we look into the Insurrection Act even more:

This section also tells us that States, in fact, can also request that the Insurrection Act be invoked. This, however, does not mean that the President is unable to declare the act without their consent. He can. And as I have shown above, Presidents have absolutely done so.

In this one, we see that the President must make a declaration to the belligerent parties to disperse before the Insurrection Act is declared. However, let it be noted that this DOES NOT need to be a public declaration. Nowhere in the Insurrection Act is it said that the President must make such a request in a public forum. It could be something as simple as a memo, a phone call, or a letter carried by a damn pigeon.

I want to take a quick moment to pause, and make it abundantly clear that I am NOT positing that the Insurrection Act has been declared. What I am doing, however, is going about building the case that it is coming, and that we are witnessing the stage being set for it.

Many of us thought it would come in 2020, or maybe after J6, but to the best of our knowledge - that did not happen.

I’m sure by now you are asking how it is possible that the Q guy hasn’t mentioned Q yet. Don’t worry, I will.

Now, I want to pivot towards the 14th Amendment because it plays a vital role as well. And, much like the Insurrection Act, it is something which has been all over the narrative for the past couple of years.

Lets go ahead and take a look at a small sample size of exactly how these two things (The Insurrection Act & 14th Amendment) have been injected into the narrative:

First, we will begin with just a couple clips highlighting deep state panic over the prospect of the Insurrection Act being invoked. In this first clip, we see Senator Blumenthal panic-explain why he was putting forth legislation which would attempt to drastically alter the Insurrection Act:

In this next clip, Representative Garamendi screeches about the prospect of President Trump using the Insurrection Act during a Congressional Hearing:

And last but not least, we have Resident Biden coming very close to soiling himself (which he probably did) with his panic over the very same prospect of President Trump using the Insurrection Act:

I always try to circle back to the “why”. Why are all of these people all of a sudden coming out of the woodworks with vein attempts at subverting, or getting rid of the Insurrection Act? And these are but a small sampling of the clips and articles you can find with a simple Google search that will show you that these people are absolutely terrified of the Insurrection Act. So again I ask - Why?

Let’s see if we can figure out what all the panic is really about.

I think that some of it also has to do with the 14th Amendment - which we have also seen enter the public narrative. Especially over the past year.

One of President Trump’s first Executive Orders was to revoke birthright citizenship for those born to ILLEGAL immigrants. This, of course, is tied to the 14th Amendment - an Amendment which they have utilized a loophole in which they can bring in millions of illegals in order to give them the vote in order to steal elections and gain complete control of the country.

President Trump put the brakes on that.

Another way in which we saw the 14th Amendment weaponized against President Trump was in the left’s weak attempt to keep him off of the ballot. Many states attempted to use the 14th Amendment to remove President Trump from the 2024 Presidential Ballot:

Along with Colorado - Arizona, California, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, and Rhode Island all tried to use the 14th Amendment to keep President Trump off the ballot.

Do you guys know who else they tried to remove from the ballot? Abraham Lincoln.

For posterity, here is Section 3 of the 14th Amendment:

Yes, it is pretty clear that if a sworn official or representative of either the United States, or any State, has taken part in an insurrection or rebellion against the United States - that they shall not be afforded the privilege of serving their country any longer. The thing is, they never came close to proving that President Trump did this on January 6th, or at any other time in his Presidency. As a matter of fact, they fabricated evidence, hid evidence that would have immediately exonerated him and proceeded to keep the circus going for far too long at the taxpayer’s expense. Oh, did I mention that 1,500 patriots were locked up for 4 years because of this hoax?

We now know that President Trump ordered as many as 20,000 National Guard into DC for J6 - and we also know he was rebuffed by both Mayor Bowser and Speaker Pelosi.

We’ve seen the videos of Capitol Police Officers flat out saying they were set up. We’ve seen the videos of Ray Epps, and other infiltrators disguised as MAGA. We’ve seen videos of Capitol Police Officers opening doors and showing people around - people, whom, shortly afterwards would find themselves in prison for merely walking around within the boundaries of the velvet ropes. It was all a lie, and it was all perpetrated BY THE VERY SAME PEOPLE CRYING ABOUT THE INSURRECTION ACT!!!

Do you see what I’m getting at? They are the ones who took part in the insurrection and coup - not President Trump. And maybe that is why they are so panicked about it. Because perhaps they realize that they have in fact been caught. And that when this boomerang comes back around, not only will they be exposed, but they also know that if even one of them is charged with the crime of rebelling against the United States that their entire spiderweb will crumble.

You have to think of how many State and Local officials were involved - especially back to 2020. If Section 3 were applied to these people, it would immediately remove a very large swath of the entrenched enemy out of the government. Not only that, it would also keep these people from ever running for office again.

Moving on: Things at the moment are moving fast and fairly chaotic. At the same time, are we really seeing situations that fit within what we know is required (outlined above) to invoke the Insurrection Act?

I outlined just a few of the rogue Judges up above, and again - they are but a couple that not only have we seen recently, but also over the past 8 years. It is becoming increasingly obvious that far too many Federal (and Local) Judges are corrupt and at this point, completely willing to go against the President Of The United States. Engoron and Merchan come to mind here, as well.

So, that could be one aspect. Another, is the ever growing potential for protests to begin growing from the immigration and deportation situation. We have certainly seen protests - particularly in L.A, but as we currently sit, they have yet to bubble up to a point of requiring the military. That said, I personally believe that we will see these protests ramp up. Either that, or we are going to begin to see protests arising regarding the situation in Israel and President Trump’s stance regarding said situation.

What is most interesting to me with all of this is that we literally have the United States Military operational on its own soil right now. And that happened through President Trump declaring a National Emergency at the border due to the invasion of illegals.

So, within 90 days a decision will have to be made on whether or not the border is secure. If it isn’t then the Insurrection Act will be considered as a means to secure it.

We have some interesting wording from Tom Homan regarding the border, as well as the potential of Mexican Drug Cartels attacking troops or members of Customs & Border Patrol, have a listen:

He makes it very clear that President Trump will use the Military, and that the Military will not accept being fired upon or kept from their goal. If you apply double meanings to this, it also could have been a warning to the deep state to not cross the line. We will see what happens, but to me, it seems as if the line in the sand has been drawn and that should protests and/or the border situation become out of control, that the Insurrection Act will be invoked.

I also find it of note that President Trump used the very same phrase shortly after Tom Homan did. I don’t believe it to be coincidence that the phrase “hell will rain down” has entered the narrative:

It is going to be important to keep Drop 22 in mind for the rest of this article.

So here we have the most popular show of the winter openly putting into the narrative the usage of the National Guard to combat drug cartels. (Fun fact: Tommy’s truck number in the show is 017.)

But what other potential comms/signs have potentially pointed towards just such an outcome? Plenty, as it turns out.

Let’s go back to President Trump’s first term in which he spoke an awful lot about Article II of the Constitution:

Article II is arguably one of the most important Articles in the entire Constitution.

The section I want to focus on is Section 2 of Article II.

The highlighted section is known as the “Commander In Chief” Clause. And basically, as long as their actions are legal and Constitutional, they can, in fact, wield a whole lot of power as it pertains to the military. Especially if the Nation was under a National Emergency. Such as we saw during Covid, and like we have now with the National Emergency declared at the Southern Border.

Remember what President Trump said during Covid? “I’m a war-time President”. Thing is, we weren’t involved in any active conflicts at this time. So why did he say it?

But wait - Someone else said a very very similar line not more than a few months ago:

How, exactly, is Mike Johnson a war-time Speaker? Again, we are not involved in any active conflicts.

In the below graphic - The top highlighted section is just reinforcing what I just said above. The second highlighted section it is spelled out plain as day that the textual interpretation of the clause is that the President can absolutely have total control over the Military and its operations.

So, after the prior videos, and graphics, can you see the potential stage being set? We were told by Q that President Trump was surrounded by Generals:

In drops 2 & 4, we see Q draw attention to the fact that President Trump is surrounded by Generals. In drop 14, the drop which contains the famous Washington Crossing The Delaware image, we also see a mention of President Trump being surrounded by Generals. Except this time, he says “highly respected generals”. Further down in the drop, Q asks us “what happens if mayors/police do not enforce the law” - this falls directly under the Insurrection Act as these people are failing in their duty to uphold the rule of law and thus, the Constitution.

If President Trump is surrounded by “highly respected” generals then it is reasonable to assume that he is not joking about his power and control over the military and his ability to take down his enemies using his powers under Article II of the Constitution and the Insurrection Act.

Along with his affinity towards Andrew Jackson, which I touched upon above - President Trump, and nearly everyone in his circle, are even more keen on Abraham Lincoln.

Here is a small sampling of President Trump speaking about Abraham Lincoln - and trust me, this is seriously a very small sample size of how often President Trump has talked about Lincoln.

So what am I driving at, here? What is the point of the nearly 3,500 words to this point? That I believe the nods to Lincoln have a whole lot to do with what Lincoln did to save the Republic and the fact that Q made extra effort to point attention towards just that:

In Drop 22, we are asked “what former President used the military to save the Republic and what occurred exactly?”. The answer is Abraham Lincoln, and he suspended Habeas Corpus and used the military to not only police its own citizens, but infiltrate the Confederacy in order to bring them down from the inside with use of spies and double agents.

It is important to keep in mind that in order to use these spies and embed them within the Confederacy, Lincoln first had to invoke the Insurrection Act, because as it stood - the Confederate States were involved in an insurrection against the Republic. It is even more important to remember that Lincoln did that through the powers granted to the President in Article II of the Constitution.

Lincoln found the power he needed to deal with the rebellion in the Commander In Chief Clause in Article II which requires him to see that the laws of the land are faithfully executed. It is the very oath of “preserving, protecting, and defending” the Constitution from enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC that enables the President to arbitrarily decide that it is time for the Military to intervene. It is not only his Constitutional right to enact such a provision, it is his duty.

Based on these powers, Lincoln was able to to call up the militia, authorize increases in the size of the Army and Navy, expand funding for Military purchases, blockade ports, suspend Habeas Corpus, authorize arbitrary arrests, and empanel Military Tribunals in order to try civilians in contested or otherwise occupied areas.

In drop 22, Q also asks us “do conditions need to be satisfied in order to authorize” - this is, of course, in reference to the Military being used on its own soil.

On the right, I have highlighted some conditions which would certainly qualify for the Military to be used in multiple situations we are seeing unfold.

Remember above when I said the Military was operational on our own soil?

Not only is the National Guard at the Southern Border, but so are the Army, and Marines. Not the least of which is the 10th Mountain Division, which was also mentioned in the drops:

I honestly do not find any of this to be a coincidence.

Aside from Homan (as mentioned earlier) we also had Secretary Of Defense Pete Hegseth tell the cartels that “all options are on the table”, again setting the stage for a potential show of force from our Military on our own soil.

We have also heard Homan and Attorney General Pam Bondi say that any local or state official standing in the way of Trump’s agenda will become felons.

Again I will circle back to whether or not the President can, arbitrarily, and without consent of the Congress, nor public knowledge, invoke the Insurrection Act and use the Military on U.S soil and the answer is roundly “yes”.

So let’s recap before I wrap up:

• We have our Military operating on U.S soil

• We have a National Emergency currently declared

• We have pockets of protests

• We have State & Local officials openly defying President Trump

• We have activist Judges subverting the Constitution

• We have the potential for a border war with the cartels

In addition to all of that, we have also seen President Trump:

• Withdraw from the W.H.O

• Withdraw from the W.E.F

• Withdraw from the Paris Accord

• Withdraw from the U.N

• Declassify the JFK, RFK, and MLK Jr files

• Levy Tariffs

• He is on the verge of negotiating peace in both Ukraine, and Israel

DOGE has exposed the massive slush fund known as USAID to the world.

And all of that? ALL OF THAT - has been in three weeks.

So, naturally, what is the mainstream media’s latest talking point? A Constitutional Crisis, of course - because apparently exposing and cutting off deep state funding is just a bit too far:

Ironically enough, while the left screeches about President Trump causing a Constitutional Crisis, it is actually the activist judges going against Constitutional Executive Orders and Mandates that violates the Constitution that is creating the crisis. It is the Local and State Government refusing to comply with ICE that is causing the crisis.

Just today we saw President Trump make reference to the fraud and criminality being exposed as well as the activist judges, have a look:

Also today we witnessed the beginning of a judicial war (as it were), as another Federal Judge came over top of the previous one to say that the White House does in fact have the right to freeze funding:

I’ve shown you that the conditions exist, and have for some time, for the Insurrection Act to be invoked. I’ve shown you comms and signs and real world news and narrative pointing towards the very same. I have also shown you the Q Drops which seem to be pointing towards this very period of time we are in right now.

Now of course I have no clue what is going to happen. I track comms and events and try to gain a general idea of where we may be headed, and I do believe we may very well be headed towards a fair bit of turbulence and chaos which will require the Insurrection Act. With the border and protest situations combined with the fact that the deep state is being more exposed each and every day - I have to believe that our adversary will not just sit back and go peacefully into the night. I believe they have one last “hurrah” planned - perhaps mass unrest and riots, perhaps a serious situation at the border - who knows?

I’d be a bit remiss if I didn’t mention the incoming “March Madness” deltas. There are 5 Drops that mention “March Madness”, and this one is the most poignant to me with the mention of “public will know soon”.

Thinking of all the curtains currently being yanked down, one can’t help but wonder if this will become a 7 year Delta:

Notice that Q is asking for the ball to be called here. In Navy terms, “calling the ball” references a Navy Pilot essentially declaring that he is good to land. Could this wind up being a “future proves past”? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain - Things are about as fast paced as I have ever seen and it certainly feels like the drip has become a flood.
